Joel Chupp, President

Joel studied at the University of Akron where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

. His medical career spans 35 years including hospital clinical nursing, management and administrative experience.  Primary specialty was cardiac and vascular diagnostics. Retired after 30 years of service at Wooster Community Hospital, became a part-time employee of Pomerene Hospital helping to establish diagnostic cardiac and rehabilitation programs. Most recently Joel is enjoying a return to direct patient care serving as a RN case manager to persons suffering from two or more debilitating chronic medical conditions in an outpatient primary care setting.

Joel enjoy a wide variety of activities including being an active grandparent, cycling, hiking, gardening and most anything outdoors. Active at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Wooster. 

He has served on the board of ACP in various capacities since 2014.

Daryl Wagoner,  Vice President

Daryl is currently a 777 pilot for United Airlines. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1987 with a BS in Aerospace Engineering. He served in the US Navy for 10 years as a F/A-18 Hornet pilot. He was assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron 94 onboard the USS Abraham Lincoln CVN-72 for 2 deployments to Iraq was then assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron 125 as an instructor pilot. Daryl currently resides in Wooster with his wife Lisa and three daughters. 

Ashley Hershberger, Treasurer

Ashley has been employed by the City of Wooster Recreation Department since 2007, where she's been involved in coordinating special events, sports leagues and administering the City’s social media accounts. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Recreation from Ashland University and is licensed as a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional, through the National Recreation and Parks Association. Her true passion is bailing hay and dressing up in creepy clown costumes and scaring the snot out of people with coulrophobia.

Kourtney Yoder

Kourtney received a B.A. in Business Management from Ursuline College where she started on the volleyball team all 7 years of her 4 year degree program. Today she is the Marketing Supervisor at Wayne Insurance where she also heads up the company pickleball team. Kourtney loves long walks on the beach followed by a rousing evening of cow-tipping. She also has an absolute passion for karoke specializing in Bobby Vinton's greatest hits.

Rachael Kandel

Rachel completed her Bachelor’s of Social Work with a focus on Substance Abuse and Addiction, additionally she furthered her education by obtaining her Master’s Degree in Health Administration. She has extensive specialty medical practice and hospital administration experience in Ohio and Washington, D.C.. Currently, she resides in Holmes County and is employed by a local hospital.  Rachel has  volunteered for “Adopt a Soldier” and spent time observing at Fort Belvoir in Virginia.

Andrew Van Horn

Andy resides in Holmes County with his lovely wife and three adorable children. He works for a company providing top secret classified services that no one can understand. Andy graduated from Wooster College with a degree cryptology and has additional training in extreme obfuscation. When Andy is not hard at work he loves walking in the woods, running with the deer and eventually wrestling them to the ground. When asked what he wants to be when he grows up he answered without hesitation that he wants to be the best rodeo clown the world has ever seen.

Danielle Olney

Danielle graduated from Ashland University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship.  She is employed by Patten Producing Co., a family run Oil & Gas Production company and is also a licensed Realtor with Kaufman Realty & Auctions.

Outside of work, she stays busy keeping up with her 3 kids and all their activities. Blake, is a freshman at West Holmes and plays football and baseball. Jocelyn (2nd grade) and Elaina (kindergarten) participate in gymnastics.
